Finished final rounds at fortune 100 in Dallas for Corp strategy. They want me to indicate salary expectation before making offer to see if I’m same ball park. Currently senior level consultant at big 4 with 2.5 YOE. What should I ask for?

I’m a new senior 1 making 62.. what would be a good salary to leave at? Obviously assuming it’s a good fit. Please state the number you would leave for below!!

Last year I took a few interviews after 2 busy seasonsand got an offer for 80k+bonus in fund accounting, ended up not taking it but overall most jobs were around 80-85. The recruiters said there wouldn’t be much salary increase and I would be at the same range, but now I have recruiters saying 95-100k base for similar roles and my experience as a senior 2. Question is the recruiters sort of said this wouldn’t happen, was that just them trying to get me to take the job? Or are these high offers

Does anyone know what Senior Manager at Lockheed Martin is equivalent to at ACN, Deloitte, etc.? Primarily looking for salary comps at a T2 city. Thanks in advance!

Question for Core Tax Boston B4 Senior Managers. How much do you make? Not sure how much I should trust Glassdoor as it might be outdated or unrepresentative. YOE/Industry/Salary + bonus structure. I’m 2 years in and want to know if it’s really worth staying.

To all new hires that came into KPMG with experience, I wanted to ask how much were you able to negotiate from the initial offer in terms of %? If you were a high performer in the interview that would be helpful as well. Running into a case where the initial offer is lower than market average but it’s on the high side of the salary band for the position. It’s a senior associate position and it’s an engineering role.
