1.5 years ago I was hired to design a company's website handle their social media, design all visuals. I taught myself, seo, google Analytics, UX design and every possible Marketing tool to make the best website.
Appraisal due- I was denied even 5% and asked me to incrse sales. I Requested some education allowance for my and companies development - denied again.
After this I had 2 visit mom back home who was in ICU. I was still asked to work from home country (1/2)
