I have 3 offers l, Accenture 8.71 LPA and Kolkata location, Hitachi Solutions with 10 LPA and Permanent WFH, KPMG with 11.4 LPA and Bangalore location.

Accenture has also asked me to share any higher offer if any so they can revise.

My working domain is Dynamics 365 CE + Power Platform and my YOE is 2 Yrs. And my home town is Kolkata

Can you suggest your views which will be better?

Are there any solutions engineering roles for Microsoft (east coast/WFH) and how much do they pay?

What tips do you recommend to calm one's nerves during in-person meetings? I get very nervous to the extent of almost shivering. I wasn't always like this, but the pandemic and wfh have completely thrown me off my game. I'm fine in virtual meetings, but live meetings get the better of me.

I just passed a phone screening for a Jr implementation specialist wfh role in San Francisco. (Fintech)

The HR manager and I had an amazing conversation and was very forthcoming with information.

I now have an interview w/ either the hiring manager and/or team.

I've heard that if you get past the screening, it shows they already want to hire you. Just doing ✔️ and balances for a culture fit.

Any tips for this? I have already done extensive research on the company and culture.

Our work/ my son’s school will be near DuPont circle although I will work from home quite a bit. Is DuPont circle family friendly? I am looking to transition into a contractor position preferably WFH. I also have my Masters degree Management & Leadership with roughly 5 years Financial experience working in the Banking Industry.
