Just got an offer at Capgemini as a Senior Consultant (Data Scientist) for 130K + 7K signing bonus on the West Coast. Does anyone know if this is what I should expect?

Did EY "win" the CapGemini sell? It seems like EY Advisory is more influential than Cap, at least in the states. Maybe someone can give me the history there?
Why doesn’t EY have a Consulting division/practice, like the other big 4s? I have heard EY sold it off to Capgemini in the last decade and can’t have consulting practice for a few more years.
