Anyone explored personal CRM apps for network tracking and follow ups?

We are a private venture-back company that’s targeting IPO next year. I am trying to update our option guidelines of which employee levels should have an option on how many shares. I was not here when the guidelines were created and I’ve never worked for a company that offers equity. Can anyone share how they set option levels at your company or perhaps at a former company?

1. WonderWorks wants to increase hospitality sales by 25% in the next year. What are some sales and marketing strategies you would use to increase sales with our corporate partners? Outline a variety of paid and organic tactics you would use, indicating any potential costs that may accrue in your plan.

Any advice on direct contacting hiring managers for a job you want? I get that in theory it’s the same as selling anything but for people who’ve done it before what did you do, and how did it work out?

I don’t understand how it makes sense to have people leave and you pay the incoming people more, as well as, spend more time and money in training them. Just trying to understand the rationale. Is it just me or does it seem like teams with high diversity function the best and have the most creative work? Whenever I've worked with ie POC and fellow gay people, the work has always been stellar
