I am a 3rd national living and working in Poland. I have around 1.8 years experience in investment banking including 2 internships. I applied for some roles at BNY Mellon london and other investment banks, that closely matches my current job description and skills.

I left consulting after 3 years and switched to industry...now 4 years later I want to go back to consulting for the travel perk but with COVID-19 and the new normal of WFH, Idk if it's still worth to apply for a position....most of my connections there have left. I was thinking conditional format, but it’s identifying duplicate labels. I have over 80,000 cells, so extracting URLs manually isn’t going to work for me.
