I am considering a role at Salesforce in their Health and Life Sciences (Pharma) mid market. Can anyone share how this division compares to others in the company? Any insight you can share about an AE role at Salesforce would be appreciated.

Would you:

Go for a perm position for a large manufacturing company recruiting assemblers and Machinsts in aerospace. 70k

Or

Temporary contract with the government recruiting for various low skilled work with higher than average wages. Min 82k with possibility of extension

I work in field sales as an IC. My aspirational career path is to end up in people leadership. Recently, an Inside management position opened up that’s been brought to my attention by the hiring director. Question is, is going back Inside the right move to get into started in leadership? Or should I continue down the field path and wait until those field management slots open up?

Looking for advice! I was approved to work remotely but my salary will decrease 10%. I received two raises so the decrease brings me down to my previous salary. I was told that it’s due to the cost of labor in the area.

So I just started a new job in sales (B2B specifically). All my life I’ve been in blue collar jobs, military, then construction work ect. What are the typical differences (+ and -) between PM Role in b2b and b2c organisations? Holding an offer from both, with 10L more in b2b and another b2c paying less. I’m thinking getting into b2c with lesser pay, however would help out in long term. Any suggestions here please? (Currently with 3.5 years as b2b PM, overall 8 YOE)
