SPHR exam- has anyone ever been “randomly selected” for an application audit? This just happened to me and the sheer amount of effort that is going to go into collecting all the documents almost makes me not want to follow through. Hi all. First message here but hoping someone for some guidance from the community. Looking to land my first AM role. I have 8 years in Sales (New Home Developer/Builder) experience. I hardly work for more than 30 mins a day in my current project in a small company. It's server monitoring support work and mostly no issues. I have 15 years work exp but still getting only 11 LPA. Should I remain here for wlb or upskill and move up.

So, I just fired my first employee as a manager and I'm heartbroken. He was a great, great person but after 6 months on a PIP he just wasn't cutting it skills-wise. Current fixed is 9.80 variable is around 80k as per 2020.

FOR 2021 the Hike letters are few days away.

I want to switch but wanted to know what would be decent hike in reputed or mid size org. I would not like to take into consideration the start up as they may pay quite high when compared to a large size organization.

18-20 L fixed is my analysis.
