What are some best practices for handling an employee with dare I say, too much initiative? They tend to steamroll others and processes because they are so fast at their job and rather than taking a breather when done, start digging around for new projects outside of their scope. We value them but want to ensure others are given opportunity to thrive too.

As a company we are looking at going digital with our employee personnel and medical files etc. What are some of the ways you have done that? Any advice/recommended process?
Currently, I am recruiting or trying to recruit without LinkedIn Recruiter. Management is having a hard time seeing the ROI from LinkedIn Recruiter because they have never used it. Most of my experience in recruiting has been using LinkedIn Recruiter as my go to source. Is there anything I can do to convince them otherwise? Or are there any other resources that can help me fill all of my open positions? We use JazzHR for our ATS and free job boards through JazzHR.

I started interviewing with a company back in January but they were taking while to make a decision so I put them out of my mind. Fast forward to last week and I found out that I’m newly pregnant. Now, I was offered the job. I don’t know what to do! I hate my current job and this new company seems like a better fit. Do I tell them before I accept the role? I know it’s very early and anything could happen with this pregnancy but I’m torn. Advice would be so helpful!
We are going through and revamping some of our job descriptions and titles. Is anyone applying for jobs overseas or think it’s even a possibility right now? Planned in moving from USA to EU (Scandinavia or Germany specifically, but maybe flexible) this year and concerned that corona has stopped issuance work visas or made companies or recruiters not want to hire internationals. Anyone have any experience or input? I was close to a job offer right before this in February. FWIW I have a long term partner Europe, no marriage plans for a few years at least tho

And I literally never heard of “round ligament pain” before this. Ughhhhhhh. Let’s start being more honest about what this is really like.

Anyone know of a good place to get tops/blouses that have a boat neck and 3/4 sleeves (that general silhouette)? Bonus points if they are a silky or semi sheer material. I got a few that still love from H&M or something a few years ago (back in the college days) but I just don’t see that silhouette around right now, and I love it and think it’s so flattering
