It has been a month since i received my offer from Capgemini.
However I need to get my joining date changed by a week.
Have dropped multiple mails to the recruiter but yet to receive any response. Not picking calls as well.

I'd like to get into Big 4 consulting ideally when full-time. I'm an engineering student - I'm not going to be interested in IT audit. How do you handle remote teams being in different time zones? Right now we have a ton of team leaders on the west coast with the core team on the east coast and because of that urgent requests keep coming down after hours with the expectation to address it immediately. So at this point we’re working from 8am until like 11pm and nobody knows what to do to push back on it

Follow up etiquette help needed! I am expecting a job offer at firm one next week or so. I am into the final phases at firm two. Would it be appropriate to email my recruiter from firm one that they are my preference but I’m far along in the process at firm two and ask for an update on where I stand (to hopefully get an offer faster)? Thanks!
