Good Afternoon and Happy Friday everyone! I work for a larger fulfillment center and I am tasked with coming up with some new ideas to do for team member engagements. How do you review resumes in a way that reduces implicit bias? I just finished reading the book, "Biased," which discusses the implicit biases we all hold. Looking for feedback: In a leadership position with responsibility to direct sales strategies and enablement for a product category. Previous boss allowed me to speak freely with all leaders.
