I have been having issues with this too (and I'm only 35). I think that some hormonal issues I've been having lately are to blame, but I've heard really good things about Nutrafol. It's expensive AF but I think I'm going to try it and see if it makes a difference.
Everyone I know (including me) is having this issue! And we’re only 30!
I'd recommend looking into adding Inositol (I use wholesome story and started with half the recommended dosage to let my body adapt). I've seen incredible results and utterly surprised why many people don't talk about its benefits. Holimane Collagen by Agent Nateur is really good for hair, skin and nails. It's expensive so I take it 2 times a week in smoothies. Cymbiotika is another really good brand for supplements. Highly recommend their glutathione and metabolic health pills. Are you physically active during the week? Look into doing Pilates 1-2 times a week or walking more during the week to move your body :) Also, hydrate more and make sure you are getting enough sleep.
When I didn't sleep a lot, was not drinking my normal gallon of water, and was super stressed my hair started to fall. I'm known for having beautiful hair so it def hurt . Back to normal after a few months of serious work on stress and hydration along with food. Don't skip on your health
