Do you have any connections through the college? A lot of times the colleges have connections with those companies.
It really does help if you can get a referral. I would suggest networking as much as you can.
But the networking piece makes a HUGE difference. Doing a lot of coffee chats with members of the team you’re interested in has an enormous impact.
Focus on networking or you can also reach out to recruiters. It's really important to have a wide network if you are targeting these companies. Good luck! :)
Networking helps...also check your school's alumni database. A lot of that stuff tends to happen by developing relationships as opposed to cold applying

Three options: 1. Referral 2. Apply directly for Recent Grad roles related to your interests. 3. Apply for a non revenue role like Compliance/ Operations work in that space for at 18 months to 2 years, perform well while building relationships with target teams (ie. accounting) and get involved in internal initiatives outside of your role. Best time to apply is Q1 & Q2, best time to network/build relationships as a potential applicant Q3/Q4
