Pretty much any of the larger agencies that are part of a holding company offer something. Pretty much all have stipulations though...such as if you don't stick around for XXX months/years after completion, you must pay back XX percentage of the cost. So tread carefully.

helpful

75% of each course, up to $7500/year. Gotta be here 6 months to take advantage. If you leave within a year, you’ll have to pay it back, prorated.

SapientRazorfish, Digitas

Do you mean for past or future education? SapientRazorfish gives you 5K toward education, with some reasonable stipulations. But I wouldn’t choose my agency based on that small amount

likehelpful

MRM//McCann but there's strings attached, employment time etc

likehelpful

Leo does. I think we get 75% reimbursement after 6 mo of employment. But don't quote me on that.

If anyone knows the extent of that reimbursement, or where I can easily find information, that'd be great too! Lots of great places to choose from.

FCB gives 75% after a year of employment. Not sure if that’s IPG-wide or not

Yes we do

Deutsch does.

Wunderman, but the reimbursement has to vest for like 2? years of continuing employment for it to stick

helpful

Most agencies do (at least in major networks)

helpful

BBDO does. So does Havas. Lots of places do, you just generally need to meet certain requirements.

Garage Team Mazda but with strings attached

Edelman!

Momentum does. Probably the same as a lot of other places though - it's got to be accredited, directly related to your job, etc.
Unfortunately, those restrictions are limiting and outdated, especially on the creative side.

I am a 17 year seasoned outpatient PT in Tampa FL who is the current head PT for my clinic. I do marketing, admin duties as well as staffing. I haven’t gotten a base hourly salary raise in 8 years! (I do get a percentage of profits but due to Covid, haven’t gotten one in 2 yrs). I do not get 401k, con Ed or health insurance benefits.
Current salary is $85K. I am getting very frustrated that this has not increased even after asking. Thoughts? What to do? What do other seasoned FL PTs make?

I have a Rollover and SEP IRA alongside my current 401k.

My Roth account has the lowest balance because historically I've taken the tax deduction for pre tax contributions to the SEP and Rollover.

I understand if I contribute the money to Rollover and then backdoor to Roth, I will pay tax pro-rata based on the contribution percentage of total Rollover/SEP account balance (majority tax on funds that have grown).

Q: Can I open another traditional IRA solely for the purpose of the backdoor?

Hi! I currently work at a hospital as a per diem pharmacist and have been there for over 12 years. We haven’t had a raise in over 6 years. I am going to talk to my boss soon to ask for a raise. I was wondering what other pharmacists make in the Philadelphia area so I know how much I should ask for. Thank you!

Hi All!! Looking for advice and ideas on our corporate healthcare recruitment model. We support 3k employees and manage 250 reqs between two recruiters. We do everything from posting, screening, sourcing and offering and just got approved to bring on some much needed help for another recruiter. My question is, should we also invest in a sourcer to help with the req load, or another recruiter? We’ve never had a sourcer before but I’m curious to know what models other companies are using? Thanks!

EY fishes: I’m considering an offer to move over to EY, but I’m trying to understand the Pathways to Parenthood program in more detail. Specifically the reimbursement for fertility treatments and time until your eligible for them. Do you need to have worked at EY for a year to use this benefit or is that just for the parental leave portion of the program? I’ve called and asked both the recruiter and HR and can’t get a straight answer. Any info would be amazing!

Hi everyone, I just received an offer for an internal corporate strategy position at a Fortune 500 healthcare company starting at 80k & 5% bonus each year, and will base out of Pittsburgh. I have 2 years of experience doing similar work (internal strategy only) and have my bachelors. Is this fair? Or is there opportunity to negotiate?

Thank you!

I’m a Senior TA Specialist for a global automotive company. Currently making $60k/year with benefits. I hold a Bachelors degree and a Masters degree with 10 plus years of HR experience and believe my market value is worth more around the $80k- $90k range than my current compensation. For negotiation purposes, would I be wrong in seeking an increase? How would I present that to senior management? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

What jobs could I look into for furthering my insurance career? I am currently an agent team member and I feel like I’m busy but not challenged enough to stay content. I am KY licensed for P&C and L&H. I don’t want to open an agency. I make $13 an hour so pretty much anything would be better . I’ve been a licensed team member for 2 years and counting. I don’t currently receive any benefits but I NEED them. I do not have any college degrees. I prefer working for State Farm but am open to options

Do you feel like women are underrepresented in the insurance industry? I work with a ton of great women and didn't really think much about it until I spoke to a friend who also works in office, she says there are like 5-10 female employees out of over 100 CSM's. If you think there are less women in insurance than men, why do you think that is?
