Any agencies that offer tuition reimbursement as a benefit?

I am a 17 year seasoned outpatient PT in Tampa FL who is the current head PT for my clinic. I do marketing, admin duties as well as staffing. I haven’t gotten a base hourly salary raise in 8 years! (I do get a percentage of profits but due to Covid, haven’t gotten one in 2 yrs). I do not get 401k, con Ed or health insurance benefits.
Current salary is $85K. I am getting very frustrated that this has not increased even after asking. Thoughts? What to do? What do other seasoned FL PTs make?

Is it worth it to accept a long-term sub position when you don't get benefits and you really just want to hold out for a perm position?

I have a Rollover and SEP IRA alongside my current 401k.

My Roth account has the lowest balance because historically I've taken the tax deduction for pre tax contributions to the SEP and Rollover.

I understand if I contribute the money to Rollover and then backdoor to Roth, I will pay tax pro-rata based on the contribution percentage of total Rollover/SEP account balance (majority tax on funds that have grown).

Q: Can I open another traditional IRA solely for the purpose of the backdoor?

Hi All!! Looking for advice and ideas on our corporate healthcare recruitment model. We support 3k employees and manage 250 reqs between two recruiters. We do everything from posting, screening, sourcing and offering and just got approved to bring on some much needed help for another recruiter. My question is, should we also invest in a sourcer to help with the req load, or another recruiter? We’ve never had a sourcer before but I’m curious to know what models other companies are using? EY fishes: I’m considering an offer to move over to EY, but I’m trying to understand the Pathways to Parenthood program in more detail. Specifically the reimbursement for fertility treatments and time until your eligible for them. Do you need to have worked at EY for a year to use this benefit or is that just for the parental leave portion of the program? I’m a Senior TA Specialist for a global automotive company. Currently making $60k/year with benefits. Do you feel like women are underrepresented in the insurance industry? I work with a ton of great women and didn't really think much about it until I spoke to a friend who also works in office, she says there are like 5-10 female employees out of over 100 CSM's. If you think there are less women in insurance than men, why do you think that is?
