Chug water. WFH has definitely made my one meal a day tough. I have been chugging water and tea.
With how much Liquids I’m drinking I’ll need to stock up on TP. Oh wait.
Brush your teeth, chew mint gum, or drink tea/sparkling water
Drink tea, chug water, or do the inverse in the morning and save your meals towards the evening. Works for me
Sleep earlier. Don't keep food in the house. Drink lots of water. Bring full will keep you from eating. Literally just take a class and chug 3-4 glasses. You won't want to eat.
Don't beat yourself up about it. It's a stressful time.
Eat a protein+ healthy fats for dinner (grilled or baked salmon and roasted veggies, little bit of rice) etc
