Anyone else find it super annoying when colleagues don’t comment on their kids being cute? I make it a point to bring up my kids as often as possible. I even sometimes text my wife to let the kids in my office during zoom meetings. Most people smile and tell me how cute they are, but I have a specific colleague that never comments about them. And that same person never engages me in small talk about my kids.
