They are offering 18.89CAD/hr for contractual position. 10hrs shift, WFH & 4 days a week!
I know it’s an entry level position but I need an entrance to HR career since I’m a newcomer in Canada!
Low hourly wage & night shift is making me skeptical!

Is there any opening for HR Generalist at mid level in Mumbai, Banglore cities?

Would you take a pay cut (about $7k) to get into HR? I only have experience in training and development (with a masters in HR management), and those jobs are just not coming up. I may have the possibility of finally entering the HR world “officially”, but it would be a lower ranking, lower paying position. Is it worth it just to “get in” initially?

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

I’m taking the SPHR in less than 2 months and haven’t started studying for it. How difficult is it? I’ve been in HR for 20 years and have experienced ALOT in that time, although there are always employee relations scenarios that surprise me! How much do I really need to study for this?
