Anyone has idea about HR Assistant ll position ( HR operations admin) role in Amazon Canada? It requires HR data management, roaster management, payroll entry to HRIS etc.

They are offering 18.89CAD/hr for contractual position. 10hrs shift, WFH & 4 days a week!
I know it’s an entry level position but I need an entrance to HR career since I’m a newcomer in Canada!
Low hourly wage & night shift is making me skeptical!

Do you think resume past behaviour is really a predator for future behaviour ? To me there has to be more psychological statistic on this to ring true as all work variable differ for each workplace, including performance expectations, tasks and evaluations.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

I've been working at this company for about 3.5 weeks now. Its been great so far.

I was able to see her entire employee file..even her address. I was really freaked out and I went to another profile and the same thing happened, I was able to see this person's emergency contact. Is this fucking normal? Should I say something and will I get in trouble for looking at a colleagues file?
