sooo much worse. i only felt the pressure to get something done if there was a deadline, otherwise i put it off. so i started creating mini-deadlines for myself. i set up meetings with team members to go over my work/questions - forces me to be ready for them. or at the least, i tell my managers when they could expect it finished and i know they expected a reason if it‘s not finished. also making a detailed, realistic to do list each day helps me. as others mentioned above, working in time blocks with allocated time for a break - look into to the pomodoro technique. keeping my phone in another room is also a huge help
