What's with all the Nos? You have to think about whether you're being compensated appropriately for the value you bring to the organization. Nobody's going to pay you just because you think you deserve it. Grow up
EY 13, at any level people can look to see if they are getting paid enough by comparing it to other positions that require the same experience. It isn't about needing to grow up, just look at the numbers.
Nope. Comp was way lower than expected with Sr. promotion. Already knew I wanted to get out and go back to school but was going to stick it out a few more years. Not anymore. Not worth the hassle for the crap pay

Talent which messes up all types of engagement teams and can detrimental to client retention. As stupid as it may sounds to EY13 you do have to be a least mildly competitive with salaries or people will always leave once they get enough experience
I mean, if you put in hundreds of hours a week and get paid less than someone who works at McDonald's (recalc at an hourly rate), I'm pretty sure people won't be satisfied with that. But fine, yes for the career trajectory if they are determined enough to stick through it.
Why not?
