Iceland to Ireland 🤔

Hi, I been working for Lloyds Bank for almost 9 years now , I recently attended a interview for Barclays and offered an Senior Business Analyst AVP role in Wealth and private banking area. I did not see much difference in the salary offered and it is pretty much same ie 68.5k.But the difference is current role is London based, however the Barclays one is based in Glasgow where cost of living is less in comparison. I am unable to decide whether to take the offer or not..any suggestions will be helpful pls.
Hi Guys, need help from you
I interviewed for tcs for SAP function Consultant and cleared technical as well as managerial round on same day. Next day I received mail from HR that I have been shortlisted and require to submit all the documents.
My CCTC is 21 LPA ( 19 fixed) and I put my expectations as 27 LPA (30 percent hike on Current CTC), YOE- 5.8 years till now and then need to serve 3 month NP ( till joining 6 years)
Which designation should I ask to TCS HR?
Mad CTC can I expect from TCS?Tata Consultancy

32 PTO days, front loaded January 1st every year. If the day(s) is/are available, you request it no questions asked because the system approves it not a person. New ppl get a prorated amount depending on when you start during the year. We have the option to buy up to 5 days during open enrollment and everyone gets 20 days Jan 1 and goes up slightly with tenure at 5yr & 10yr.
We get 23 days inclusive of sick days.
Started a new job on Monday. My first year I have 18 days that accrue at 1.5 days per month. On top of federal holidays plus a handful of others.
We start at 15 days PTO plus 3 additional personal days and that’s accrued at 1.5 days a month through the Jan-Oct. After 3 years that increases to 20 days plus 3 additional personal days. At 10 years service it rises to 25 days plus 3 additional days. After 20 years it increases to 30 days plus 3 additional days. You can carry over 20 days a year. Starting in 2027 weeks can carry over 10 days a year. I think it’s really generous but you don’t get additional sick time, you take that from your annual allowance. .
You start with 20 days off but that doesn’t include holidays. Including holidays you basically start with 30 days, then you get 3 more days once you get to 5 years, then 3 more at 10 years and then again at 15 years and then I think you get 2 more at 25 years . You can carry over up to 5 days each year and you can purchase up to 5 additional days if you want
I think it's like 25 days maybe 28 but it's the only job Ive ever had that was more than a week
