The general recommendation is 1x your annual salary.
Well, I think I’m pretty close to that if you count everything. My retirement accounts are just shy but all of my current assets put me at break even.

I’d argue you should have 100k+ in a retirement plus $100k in other assets. Not a lot of cash but you should feel comfortable.
That is highly personal
Its different for everyone. There is no "set amount". Everyone's situation is different so you just invest as much as you can without a significant degradation to your quality of living.
Not enough I will tell you that much and I am really regrettitng it. I didn't take saving and investing seriously at all in my 20's and its one thing I really regret not taking more seriously.
