Can someone tell me if my boss is being toxic in this situation? I was asked to send over a deck with some revisions made. I made revisions on a wrong copy and she thought all the recent progress she made were lost. Then she went on a "this is not an efficient way to work. Im dissatisfied with this/ you" type of speech during the team meeting and kind of catastrophized everything, even after I said I found the correct copy and the revisions I made would take about 5 second to duplicate.

So over being analyzed head to toe by women at work while they are speaking to me, at least be more discreet about it

I've offered to give that cashier my keys . I'm so done with trying to do right, only to have manager make up excuses.

How do you deal with imposter syndrome? I'm a new therapist and I work with a bunch of women who have been doing this for ages. They're all really sweet, but I can't help feeling like I'm way out of my league.
