Doing it every day actually helps train your body. Make sure you’re eating the right foods, at the right intervals and give your body time to adjust.
Depends what kind of IF. 16:8 is very manageable for me. anything more than that definitely gets difficult
I do it on autopilot in Keto. 8pm to noon, just black coffee for breakfast. If you have hunger pains I would question whether you are adjusted to Keto
I've been off Keto for a month due to crazy schedule and traveling and find that I'm back to being so hungry now. I wasn't hungry at all while I was on Keto and my life didn't revolve around food. I'm planning on getting back on it. I think the every other day is what's hurting you and to be honest in more ways than one. If you're doing Keto correctly, you should be eating plenty of fat. If you're not in ketosis and eating that much fat, you could be at risk of all the typical health issues such as high cholesterol.

22:2 is tough for many. Including myself
I think 16:8 is totally doable daily. Although I do have coffee with half and half (no sugar) during the 16 off
