Any F fishes down to grab a drink? 25 M
Hello ZSers,
I have been shortlisted for AC role and my HR discussion is scheduled next week.
1. Need some insights on the maximum and minimum ctc (fixed and variable) that can be offered for 3 yoe (all relevant) . My current ctc is 7.2 (6.5 fixed) . Tech stack - Big data and AWS developer.
2. Is there any joining bonus. If yes , what should be the ask.
Any inputs will be very helpful for me to go with my expectations to the HR. Thanks!

If you each have your own car, then car expenses aren't a shared expense.
We each pay for our own cars. Not a shared expense.
Personal opinion. You should either buy cars of equal value and split it or buy exactly what you want and don’t split them. Maybe just be clear about that ahead of time so there is no resentment there.
What if my spouse wants a BMW when I drive a Kia Rio? For example…
You both will be driving it whether you admit or not. If you make more just purchase it and put the payment on the joint. Why is another car necessary if you both have your own? Just curious..
Compromise like you would in any healthy relationship? Surely there is a compromise between an expensive luxury car and a beater…? Did you try or have a conversation about it..?
Why would you contribute to his car if you contribute fully to your own car? I don’t even get why this is a question. It’s not a shared expense unless it’s a shared vehicle.
