Career advice needed. Currently SC with one of the cloud products (think Ariba, Concur). Do I:
-Stay at the mothership and try to either move up the ranks or pivot to Product?
-Go to Big4/A as an M in their SAP practice?
-Go to one of the competitor startups that will allegedly “disrupt” the space?

Really love the WLB and the fact that the org is somewhat lean - ex. collaborating with Product based on client feedback is not hard considering the org size. But the low comp is unbearable.
