He is one of those guys who already has everything he needs, and they are super wealthy so I feel bad getting him any clothing or accessories knowing it wouldn’t be as nice as the things he wears, although I know he doesn’t expect anything and would genuinely appreciate anything I got him

Help!! My bestfriend is doing two months abroad and was trying to fly into turkey when they told her she couldn't because her passport expired within three months.

She went to the US Embassay in Athens knowing she had a month left of traveling, and gave her an emergency passport and punched holes in her exsisting one. Now no country will let her in with her emergency passport.

Can her mom get her a passport in the US and ship it to her? Is there anyway around this?

I have realized I grew up in a household where my dad did not treat my mom as an equal. He belittles her, is rude and convinced his way is the only way.

Only a few of the engineers I've met have been antisocial, and it seems like such people are represented fairly evenly across different careers. I'm not really sure why that misconception still exists

I recently visited for the first time the Santiago Bernabeu stadium, the stadium of the world-famous Real Madrid team, and despite being a physical engineer, I can not help but recognize that civil engineers are magicians, my congratulations to them.
