Looks like you haven’t been around much, but it happens everywhere, stop being a cry baby.
@Manager 2 - Sounds like you're guilty as well. Reading comprehension is a good skill, you may want to brush up on it. Just because I notice interruptions during a meeting doesn't mean I'm the one being interrupted.
And then they bring this awful behavior to other firms and have to be untaught.

Zoom is part of the issue. Harder to tell when somebody is pausing vs. ending a thought, especially with potential half second connectivity lags
You do this with your clients ?
Most offenders do this to everyone except their bosses.
I’ve noticed this with our offshore teams

Excuse me for a moment and please let me finish this thought…
You can say that, but it never cures them.

That’s not common, usually people are “deloitte nice” and refrain from offending others even when constructive feedback is needed.
I rarely interrupt people, but when I do it’s because they lack self awareness and talk for minutes without pauses, or they fail to provide an executive summary.
This isn’t a Deloitte thing. This is a life thing. Some people are worse about it than others but if you’re saying something wrong or you’re going on too long you’re going to get interrupted in corporate meetings and in a non work conversations. If you find yourself being interrupted a lot more often than others, then you may want to do some reflection on why and see if you’re the problem.
The fact that I haven't experienced constant interrupting in other companies shows the issue isn't with me, it's Deloitte culture.
Yea so if I could interject here for a moment
