Any advice on how to tastefully tell your manager that you no longer want to be a charge nurse anymore? Me(jr): asked to lead a call for a different deal as training. Mid-level doesn't take notes (also on call) and tells me it's the job if the junior to take notes.

Building out a new function at my company, top 15 bank in the US, and scheduled a 90 minute meeting last week for today. Invite included an agenda and a teams link to the document we would be reviewing. What should I have done in that situation?

Every time I speak to my director (at least twice a week), he works in how he is getting older into the conversation(humorously). For instance, he forgot something non-work related, said “sign of old age”. He recently told a story, said, this is how old people talk. He likes to come across as a grandfatherly figure, but I’m not sure what to say in these encounters. It is always an innocent, non work related context. Have you guys experienced this ? Hi Fishes, I am ready to resign from my current organisation and I was wondering if I need to discuss this with my reporting manager first. I have never talked to my reporting manager , do I need to discuss with him before I resign or I should just do it in the portal directly.

I have an offer from KPMG, and I am in talks with collabera, they are offering about 35% hike which will be 100% hike from my current ctc, while KPMG offers 65% on my current ctc.

KPMG is a research and stakeholders management role and collabera offers strategy role including working direct with VP.

I know the company is pretty small when company to KPMg, should I proceed with the interview?

Hi! I have recently started working with a SaaS based company as a program coordinator co-op. I graduated last month and I am actively looking to get a full-time job soon. My current co-op ends in mid december and at my current company there isn’t any operations/program/project mngmt teams as of now. While my manager often indirectly hints of future opportunities in the company, he also keeps asking me to come up with interests in other departments of the company. I am not sure what this means?!
