Yes, we’re usually in bed by 9 and asleep by 9:30. Early 30s with no kids on that retiree schedule
Almost never the same time. My SO stays up way later than me
I usually go to bed around 9/9:30 to start reading. Asleep by 10/10:30. My SO works late a lot so is sometimes working downstairs until 1-2am. On nights he’s not, he sometimes comes to bed with me and sometimes watches basketball downstairs until 11-12. Recently we’ve been making more of an effort to go to bed at the same time when possible
Am I in a weird relationship where we are both night owls but one of us goes to bed at 2am and I go to bed at 6am?
I don’t need a lot of sleep
yes
she goes to bed around 10 and she's out like a light immediately
I go to bed around 11/12, I typically separate sleep time and awake time so i'll likely be hanging in my living room
Oui

She or I go to sleep when our youngest does. And the other goes a few hours later.
Always at the same time if possible
I go to bed between 9:30 or 10, he goes I think between 11 and midnight. I might scroll reddit for 5 minutes then go right to sleep. He watches tv for another hour or so before going to bed.
I get up usually between 5 and 5:30, about 30 minutes to an hour before anyone else in my house. I am a much better person when I have at least a little quiet time before having to face people.
9pm vs 12am
My partner would like to go around 10:30pm, I'm more a 12pm + then read for 30 mins gal.
We usually go somewhere at 11:15 together, and if I'm still to awake in my head, I'll stay in my study, read a bit and slide in quietly later.
Mornings kinda suck. He puts his alarm to 7. I want to sleep until 8, but can't because I can't re-fall asleep.
If one of us has a really important day and the other is out or drinking or something, we make up the couch :).
And I tuck him in 😂
We both go to bed at the same time (didn’t used to be that way for many years) but we may fall asleep at different times. He may scroll on his phone or watch a show for a bit (but still be in bed). After we put our daughter to bed we both get ready for bed and lay down, time of actually falling sleep varies depending on the day.
Don’t know. I sleep in the guest bedroom

Most nights around the same time (11). Sometimes she knocks off earlier than me and I’ll just head in later (12) if I wasn’t tired. We are never awake and on our phones or laptops or reading or watching tv in bed.
I go to bed at 10. He goes to bed at 2. We just get a few hours together.
We don’t live together, but typically sleep at each other’s places 5-6 days a week. He is a much earlier riser (5:45am vs my 7:30-8am), so bed time has become a challenge. He’s out like a light by 10pm, and I usually sleep around 12. So I lay there awake for a bit waiting to fall asleep, and then wake up with him when that god foresaken alarm blares telling myself that the early bird catches the worm. And now I have eye wrinkles and exhaustion and seek naps in the afternoon to try to compensate.
Don’t know how we’ll normalize over time. I also work west coast hours so I have zero to do from 6-10am. Meh
