Can anyone plz confirm whether I’m selected for technical round?

This isn’t really an interview question but more of an on-boarding question.
Bit of background- I left my job of 3 years in Dec 2021 for a new company. Initially, I thought the company was great but my mind quickly changed. The on-boarding process was horrible, minimal training, thrown onto enterprise project 2 weeks in, over time, and there is no process for anything. I ended up hating my job.

Fast forward to Mid March, I started applying for jobs again but I omitted this role.

When discussing a first technical interview with a recruiter how much time do you ask them to give you for preparing for the interview?

When sending a cold email to a recruiter, should you include a reason why you’re interested in the agency? Or keep it short and sweet with your book, resume and what you’re looking for?

This is a recent incident happened to me, was interviewed for tcs, salary discussion happened on 12th March and was told to wait for final approval and was told that offer letter would be rolled out in 2 weeks. Hr did not negotiate on the CTC either. After waiting for a month i tried reaching HR they did not respond. After multiple emails they simply say that they cannot move forward due to high deviations. Guys is this normal in TCS that even after final CTC discussions ,candidates get rejectd.

I went through a pretty rigorous interview process for a marketing project manager but ultimately wasn't given job. Though most of the feedback was positive, the other candidate had more direct experience with the job responsibilities (digital assets, social media, etc.) My job/company dabbles in digital but it's primarily traditional media. When do you actually start to feel useful in FDD? I've been in FDD for 6 going to 7 months and sometimes I still feel like I'm doing the grunt work non critical thinking.

How do you usually ask for PTO? I have the days accrued but I have PTSD from a past job about asking for time off. I’m wanting to take 5 days in June for a family trip and know I need to put in the request to the partners I work for sooner rather than later. I had to take a day this last week and they were great about it (immediate “Yeses”) but somehow, asking for a week feels like a hurdle. M/SM and above, why do you label a meeting as “touch point” or ask if you can have a “quick chat” when it’s something serious? Millennials like us always assume we’re about to get fired - I actually have been laid off in a meeting with that title. But at my new job, my boss asked for a “quick chat” to literally ask me to change the title of a meeting and then chat about christmas. Now that I’m in management, I want to understand it better.
