Hi - I have donations given to Team Everest for Nov 2021 with receipt. But IBM AskHR says no support for donations tax exemption on Form 16. Thus, the donation isn't deducted on my Form 16. Can I now update the donation directly on E-filing.gov u/s 80G for exemption or will that cause an issue ? IBM

Absolutely. It’s always possible to wake up a little earlier or work a little later. This would be a WFH situation obviously. A second job where you’re on site or in the evening would rougher on your family for sure.
Yeah, but you’d definitely need two remote jobs. But here was my schedule at the craziest point during two jobs:
- Wake up at 9 am EST for J1
- do daily standups and most meetings by 12
- do standups for J2, take a nap for 30-60 mins
- and then mix both jobs in the afternoon, usually time was allocated based on urgency of deliverable
- obviously it depended on workload, but usually worked till around 5 pm
- 5-9 pm play with kids, put them to sleep
- sleep till 11pm / 12 am, get up for J2
- work J2 till 4 or 5 am
- sleep till 9 am
And then I started all over again. This intensity lasted for only 3 weeks. But it was tough. Glad J2 was only 4 months. Months 2-4 were pretty much cruising because I had established my expertise in month 1.

If I understand your schedule, you were able to work remotely?
Depends on the demands of the job. And the demands of the family.
Yes
