Take a real vacation. At least a week off, completely disconnected.

Yeah. The reason you’re so stressed is because you haven’t actually let yourself complete de-stress. It’s just a job.
Work to Live. Don’t Live to Work.
Your employer must love you, leaving all that money on the table, at least until you drop dead of exhaustion, stroke, or heart attack, and they have to pay out for a wrongful death lawsuit. TAKE A VACATION. A LONG ONE. The world will keep spinning on its axis and the clients will still be demanding and awful when you return. But hey, you're an adult. You can have a life and fun when and if you retire. Seriously, TAKE A VACATION and re-evaluate your work-life lack of balance and your role in the lack of life. It's not a one-sided relationship. Get some life coaching to help you along. You need to work to live and not live to work.
OP, I speak for myself here when I say taketh the days before they take you down. You don't learn this lesson until you learn this lesson. One of the many things one learns when you fall into the abyss.
Take vacation! Regularly! Max out your days. If you take it for a week, the stress may take a day or two to relax, but then you will be free. Take all work apps and email accounts off your phone.
Context: despite my silly title, I’m more of a comms strategist/media planner, so my job is very detail oriented. I virtually never take vacation except for the occasional Friday or Monday off and usually still regret it. In my 3.5 year career I’ve maybe taken 20 days total.
Also, OOO notes are for some reason so annoying to write for me. Like I gotta summarize EVERYTHING I’m tracking or working on? Ugh.
Time off😍😍😍>>>>
