I'm an introvert and what I've found helps me after zoom calls is getting up and going for a short walk (if time permits). It helps to just have some time to collect your thoughts and recharge. Doing a small task like making coffee or getting water also helps get your mind off of "talking / socializing mode".
I always turn my camera off so I can focus only on the content and not on how I have to look. Less tiring that way

Same here! There's been research on how Zoom and similar apps actually make people feel more disconnected / detached and are in no way a good substitute for regular F2F interactions. I am sooo tired of staring at freakin' squares all day long! END OF RANT.

See if it’s a requirement to show yourself. If not, only do it 50% of the time. No need to get burnt out if it’s not required of you. Sometimes you just gotta ask the question
I get tired with all person to person interaction after about a half hour unless the interaction is stimulating. Boredom is worse on zoom. But I’m starting to get more comfortable with it. If I am myself I enjoy it more. So I am trying to loosen up a bit. Move more naturally. Laugh when I feel like it. It’s helping.
This is real issue here.
I feel more often now how people must be faking on the other end and just how disconnected things are rn.
