Do you have publications, patents, media coverage?
Unfortunately no...
Talk to a good lawyer... people with much less on their resumes have got through the EB1A route.
This forum is too negative on this option.
Disclaimer: I thought about it but life has been too busy to act on it.
Thank you! This gives me hope.
Would you know any good lawyers or anyone who helped someone you know in this EB1A process?
Chief
EB1A is an option if you meet 3 of the 10 criteria. PhD is not a requirement.
Nobody from a big 4 or mbb consulting firm will qualify for eb1a
Curious to know why
Instead of EB1A try EB2-NIW...that has more flexibility for your profile
This is where people make the mistake, it is not about where you work, it is about what you do...and the extent of the impact of that activity
OP if you PM me I can recommend an EB1 lawyer for you
Potentially you could and phd is not a requirement but getting one at a consulting firm is almost impossible.
I know a partner at kpmg got it but he had a phd, four patents before K, was a ranking member of the american statistical association (Amstat), and had dozens of articles in computer science/statistics journals and peer reviewed researches. The standard is very very high. You need to meet three of 10 criteria, and being super highly paid is one of them. Generally very very few at b4 or mbb could meet them.
