Does anyone know the average base and bonus comp range for HR Director level (below VP) at Morgan Stanley ? The recruiter said that I am eligible for a bonus but it’s not in the offer letter and would not provide any details on an expected bonus range. Is this normal? If so, what is the average range for an HR Director bonus?

Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.
