Does anyone know what banks pay for in-house counsel compensation? For example, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, etc? Or does anyone know of a resource for finding out compensation for in-house roles?

Being promoted mid year in the Bay Area to senior and did not get a raise as expected. Trying to see what the current compensation is for seniors within deals.

Natwest Group or Delotte usi ? Both are offering similar salary .

I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp

I work as in house counsel, and a lot of the employees are not qualified for their position and don’t understand legal/compliance even though they’ve been trained and should be competent enough to understand. I am constantly cleaning up messes and repeating myself and teaching rudimentary skills to the same people every day. Does anybody else feel like this or have advice on how to get through to those difficult people?

Anybody ever tried using OneNote as a digital corporate binder for bylaws, uc’s, etc…. We’re a privately held company and I’m thinking it makes information much more accessible.

Anyone here counsel for a parent company with a lot of subsidiaries but the parent company’s legal department is really really small?
