I sublease an apartment from a friend who is currently in Jail unfortunately. I wasn’t in the lease and the apartment found out from my personal check which I paid for the rent.

They refused the rent and after the three day notification has passed they refused the cashier’s check here in Orange County.

The apartment has put him up for eviction and I feel bad about this cos it was cost savings. Is there anything I can do to save this?

And recently I started getting project calls which Accenture is aiming to have us to be tagged to a project even before joining Accenture to avoid bench time. This is good but at same time I have a question what if am not getting selected in any projects before my joining date? Will they revoke offer or any actions they would take?

I have worked my way up in Insurance for 4 years but the 1st year being an intern/front desk/admin and was promoted twice and now an account associate helping my AMs/AEs manage our Producers' books of business. I was recently approached by a big brokerage for a Client Manager position. In today’s market, for NYC, what salary ranges are paid for Underwriters at AVP and/or VP level? 10 years reinsurance experience with 4 years in actual underwriting. Multiple designations.

Hi. What do you do with a gaslighting boss and coworker in a small office? I also don’t feel like my boss even cares about me. Examples- there was a man with a gun in parking lot that I had to flee from and call police, he didn’t care- just asked me when I was coming back to work.😳 zero compassion. didn’t care I had a blinking light above my desk, waited two months to fix it though my eye was twitching! Makes me feel like a burden for taking care of my health, etc. and gaslights me regularly!
