Does your company offer any training that is useful in your life outside of work? For example, several roles (mine included) require us to have Red Cross First Aid/CPR training. Target provides this training at their expense and we get certified in two year increments. I love the fact I have the peace of mind that I have this skill now for all life's needs. What are your thoughts?
Does your company do this? Do you wish they did?

In 30 years of restaurant management I have only worked for 2 companies that provided training on CPR and defibrillators. The rest of the companies I worked for only trained the skills I was using in running the business.

My clients are pushing back on it this year, and I can't say I blame them. If I were in their shoes, I'd rather take the risk of not filing than the expense of filing again. From my own point of view, I don't really want to spend my time on such returns, either, even if the revenue and easy return are nice.
