EY Parthenon contacted me about a Director role. Interviews went well. Recruiter is working on an “approval for an offer that may take a week or two”. Seems like they’re stalling or may be putting me on the back burner. I asked them to expedite as I have another offer. Anyone have a similar experience? If they’re interviewing I’d assume they already have approval to make an offer.... makes me wonder if I should go elsewhere....
