Feeling like consulting is not for me anymore. I am a Senior Associate, I’m getting burnt out and I am not sure I am even sure I’m good enough to make it to manager. I dont know if it’s just my current project or what but I am feeling like I can’t take this anymore. What is keeping me here is the money. I dont know if there is anywhere that will pay the same. What are your thoughts? What should I do? What would you do? Have you ever felt like this?

I joined Accenture few days back as level 9. Till now didn't get any project. I have one more offer from another company and have not told them that I joined Accenture.

Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told. It’s a lot different than what was relayed in the posting and during the interviews. Additionally, they hired my counter part in as a senior manager which is at least $30k more than what I make. You can probably get some points. Be aware that American tends to have mor delays than Delta so switching won’t help. It’s also a much suckier airline in general. At least 60%of my AA flights are delayed in a year
