Folks working in SAP AG , what’s the difference between these roles TSM, CDM and CSP ?

How hard is a career pivot from digital advertising to a product manager or even developer? I’m learning python 🐍 and at the point where I’m working on a pretty advanced project. I think having technical skills in combination with digital marketing can increase my net worth in the long run .

Pivoting away from Sales: I’ve been in sales positions for 15 years, and I’m just exhausted by the role (disputing commissions, arguing about deals, all of it). I have a degree in marketing, but I am having a hard time landing interviews since I’ve never had a strictly marketing only role. In this field, when choosing a masters degree program is it more beneficial to get a degree in Human Resources to further my knowledge in HR (my undergraduate degree is in Economics) , an MBA, or Data Science Degree due to the fact that HR is becoming more data driven as well as get a PHR / SHRM-CP certification?

I’m a fifth year associate who is ready to get out of litigation (and private practice altogether).
