No matter what I do, I get NO response from the remote job market. Plus, not even sure if they're real jobs tbh. And the ones that are real must get swiped up right away, my guess? (Also, I cannot handle seeing all the remote jobs out there for health insurance companies lol...)

I'm planning to purchase a home in the next 1-2 years as a first home buyer. My parents are currently refinancing their home and because they are close to retirement and have a smaller income, I'm planning to take out the mortgage under my name (won't be listed as the property owner). Would I still be able to get the benefits of being a first home buyer when that time comes? Or will the mortgage disqualify me? I have recovered from Corona Virus. Its 6 weeks now and I can tell you that the after effects are real. I have anxiety that I will never get over the fatigue, brain fog, inability to form sentences and words and headaches which make my work days very difficult to get thru.
