Definitely! Get a notebook, or print out the employee handbook. Keep track of every violation he makes, dates, exact words, etc.
Definitely agree with documenting every instance include date, time, witnesses. Also recommend sending him an email asking him for clarity, something like, “Help me understand what you meant when you said, “the only people who have a problem with me are black women.” During our 2pm meeting.”
It sounds like he has issues at home, is compensating for something and dealing with it by projecting his personal issues on others.

Document everything. Time, date and what was said bc eventually your going to have to report him. I don't what state your in but now is the time to start checking out your state laws. First start with his boss and if nothing is solved go to HR if nothing is done you must go to the state EOE or obtain a lawyer. But before you start making waves you need to have a ledger of his behavior. I'm sorry you deserve better. Start boosting up your resume and start looking bc once you start making waves they will find a way to get rid of you. I hope this helps you.

He was making a rude comment that was directed to everyone in the room I would start looking for another job but you won’t get anywhere with a lawsuit his skin color is the same he is an arrogant asshole the world is full of them you could talk privately to him and ask him why he would say such a comment? In the end you need to weigh positives to negatives of working there and go with the answer.
Call the hotline if there is one and remain anonymous. Give dates times etc.
