🇲🇦 🇮🇶 LETS GO

For anyone using Khan Academy and Canvas I made a free application built on a Google Spreadsheet that reads in Khan Academy CSV files and sends the scores to the Canvas gradebook. Demo video below and link to site. Hope it helps someone! The setup takes a bit but it has made grading Khan exercises so much easier and quicker.

Well
they’re f’d then
Yeah
But discriminating based on race for any job title, even as lowly as associate, is illegal. They don’t have to max out on illegality across all titles to violate federal civil rights laws.
“Six firms who also received the EEOC letter— Kirkland & Ellis, Latham & Watkins, Simpson Thacher, A&O Shearman, Skadden, and Milbank— made deals with Trump that included free legal services, in exchange for being released from the probe”
Was this a meaningful reason why some firms cut the deals? To not submit identifiable data about their lawyers?
Interesting, thanks! So merging A2 and A4 comments..
The EEOC asked for recruiting, promo, staffing, performance review materials from those 6 law firms - and all the clients of those law firms?
Was it just asking for the client info where those firms supported employment law work, so the clients documents were already in the law firm IT records?
Or were the law firms supposed to reach out to their non-employment law clients to get copies of that information?
Thanks!
Yes it would have been awful to have to share that client information. I am amazed Goodwin have done this rather than just agree to the token pro bono requirement.
Yep, one of the questions is “Since 2019, fully identify all clients that have “diversity requirements” or “diversity preferences”…”
I didn’t see any client info requested in the EEOC complaints, except maybe whether clients were asking the firms to have teams with racial quotas like Coca-Cola. If seemed like everything was about internal firm info regarding hiring and promotions.
Yeah, demographics of the proposed team and other related questions are in most RFP pitches that I have seen. Most public companies also have it for board composition.
