My final round of technical Interview was over in Deloitte USI and it was with team members. I think HR will connect with me for package as per team members.
Role : Consultant (Manual tester)
YOE : 5.6 yrs
Current package: 5.03lpa( this will get hike letter)
How can I expect from Deloitte because even for freshers they are offering more, so for 5.6 yrs how much can I expect?

I’m interviewing for a start up and the role sounds interesting. Usually for the “test” part of the interview I’ve had to analyze data. This company wants me to develop a growth strategy that outlines key initiatives for growth, different opportunities, experiments I’d run, KPIs, and working cross-functionally.

How do you hire for a role that fluctuates? I currently am the designer + support specialist @ my job. Sometimes support takes up all my time and design projects get pushed back. When you’ve put in a lot of hard-work as a developer on a great project and received the best performance award but compensation has been same since Day 1…and have completed 2 years in the company. Furthermore no signs of compensation going up…Is it the best time to leave or stay? Additionally too many management changes have taken place that everything feels out of place.

Finally getting around to getting a CS degree. Taking a class taught in Haskell and a class taught in JS. In other words, a purely functional language which you can basically read just by looking at type signatures, vs... just no.
