Hi Fishes,
I have 7.3 YOE and my Tech Stark is SAP UI5/ Fiori Developer.
I currently have 2 offers in hand, one from Sopra Steria, Technical Lead 2B - CTC 18.6 LPA which is completely fixed and the other offer is from Capgemini, Manager C2- CTC 18 LPA(Variable 10%) and joining bonus 50k.
Please help me by suggesting which one I can go forward with.

Posts like this make me furious. "I hear that people may be getting let go. I am not making any money for the firm at the moment and haven't made it a priority to figure out how I did last year. Should I be doing something differently?"
Yes. Everything. You should be doing everything differently.
If it's been more than a week or two you should be trying hard just on general principle.
There were some forced % cuts in Advisory, but I understood today to be the last day for anyone on the receiving end of that who had not already been let go. But agree with BCG1 - whenever on the bench, you need to be actively hounding demand management and working your network to change that, and honestly that should start before you roll off your prior project. And push for your review results from RP and if needed HR. It's your career, don't sit back and wait for things to happen, make them happen.
Odd that you haven't had your RP call, reach out to your RP. And agree with BCG 1.
