How much do we get paid
I joined KGS in feb 2022, we recently got a mail regarding timeline of appraisal and bonus payout from the partner. My reporting manager hasn't yet reached out to me regarding goal setting, not sure if that happens here. Can you pls help me to know what all things we need to do from our end for the appraisal cycle and bonus payout? Since I'm new to this company KPMG KPMG India

I am working in TCS with total year of experience as 3.8 Yrs. I am having an offer of 14 + 1 LPA ( joining bonus ) from prod based company in Mumbai. I got selected in CTS. Can CTS provide me 20 LPA with this experience. ??

Based on my new understanding on the job description and tasks I will be doing, I believe 15k more is reasonable
I saw the minimum salary on the job post was X, can we align on that?
I think it depends on where you saw the salary listed. If you are going off Glassdoor, I would be a little more cautious. You have no way of knowing if the reported salaries are from people with more experience, in which case their salary should be $15K - $30K more than yours. If the salary you saw listed was from a recruiter's post, you probably do have some room to ask for more because they are already saving on the significant fee they would pay if you had gone through the recruiter.
You also have no way of knowing what other candidates they have, and whether your salary requirement was a factor in them choosing to move you to interview two. As a hiring manager, it wouldn't be a good look to me if someone waiting until after interview one to do their research. Your best angle might be to try to get another $7-10K by finding something in the benefits package that you want to press on. For example, if they don't have a 401K match for a year, or using the number of vacation weeks as something to point to as something you will "lose" by making this move. See if they will up the offer to compensate for this loss.
