Currently a paralegal at a small start up financial services company been there for just a little over a year. I wear “multiple hats” but more recently I’ve done a lot of PM work and some BA work. My position title is changing soon but I’m wondering how helpful that would be for wanting to go into PM work at a tech company. Anyone have any career pivot advice? (Also I’m only 1.5yrs old in my career so I’m definitely still new, and I have previous experience as a project assistant).

I had worked simultaneously for 3 companies few months back (with PF) and have received TCS offer now. Based on my UAN, their BGV team found out about these employments which I had not mentioned to TCS and asked me experience letters for those. There is overlap in date of joining and exit in all companies. What should I do now. Will my BGV be negative and TCS revoke my offer. Currently also I am working for 2 companies

How are folks handling the address on your business cards? I recently took my first officially remote position. I'm in the same region as one of the company offices, but not especially close and not officially associated with it.

Are folks just not putting an address on their cards? Nearest office address? Company HQ address?

Recently accepted a temp role as an HR admin for a former employer. Previously interned there & left because my supervisor did not have any growth opportunities planned out for me; this was in spite of my stellar performance, as reflected in my 90 day review. She has since left the company, but there’s crazy turnover in the company & in the HR department in particular. Just that an HR coordinator resigned. Hello Are they any other HR licenses that are as valuable as the SHRM and HRCI ?
