As of 7 pm tonight, my HR sent me a calendar invite with my boss, his VP and a VP of sales operations on it for Wednesday afternoon next week. Of note, my role was recently changed handling bigger accounts and I was at 66% of quota fiscal h1. What are the odds I’m being let go next week? What steps can I take to prepare? Thanks

I work as in house counsel, and a lot of the employees are not qualified for their position and don’t understand legal/compliance even though they’ve been trained and should be competent enough to understand. YoE 12.5, cctc 10.5 and holding offers till 23.5 fixed and few more in pipeline, expecting till 27 with 40 days left in np.
