Fishes with a CISM: Does IT Audit experience (ITGC, IT app controls, SOC1's) from an associate/senior associate level fall into 3 of the 4 domains needed to be certified? I tried searching but couldn't find anything on this. Thank in advance!

Hello everyone, I work as a senior project manger for almost a year now and I do not like my job anymore. I started this job a year ago after an MBA . I told my boss that I want to be manager of the PMO, the position is not filled since my boss is now VP. I see that a lot of new projects are coming and I know that they are coming on my table. I recruited 2 PCO, I did the onboarding and my manager want me to coach them but I don't have the title nor the salary.What are your advices for me please?

My husband want to get into PM work in construction (Ideally WFH). Currently he’s doing lighting protection but has been very ambitious and deals a lot with multiple contractors on sites. His response: so you are a consultant? I was like no I work with Y in the product safety department. He asked how long i have been with the company. Told him 18 months and told him that i had to run. I am looking to make a career change to HR. I currently make 75K as a sales and development coach. I had a recent offer for a state government position in a talent acquisition role but I’d be taking a $25K pay cut. I am extremely over qualified for the position but it could possibly be a stepping stone and gives me the time to acquire SHRM certifications and possibly start taking classes to get my MBA. My question is those currently in an HR role, would this move make sense to you?

I was offered a promotion but due to internal policies the max comp they could offer was way under market value. I countered and was denied. I took time to think about it, being disappointed I applied for other jobs. Monday came and I decided to accept the offer. A week before starting my new position I got a call for one of the jobs I applied for. I am now going through to the last round of interviews the same week I start my new position. Would it be bad practice to accept another offer now?
